    Hey Julie,

    Nice recipe. I should have seen this before I begged for some ideas on FB.
    I must serve this when my vegetarian sister visits.

    Friendly tip…rather than add your flour/butter/olive oil(roux) at the end…

    Prepare a roux in the dutch oven prior to dropping in the vegetables…

    This does look like a tasty stew…
