First and foremost, the people are what truly make the shooting sports great. We shoot in wind, rain, snow, sleet, scorching heat and humidity because we love it. When you are surrounded with that kind of energy, it’s really something special.
I also love how personal shooting is. In my sport of action shooting, it’s just me against the clock, and I love testing myself against new challenges.
Finally, shooting is a life skill. The confidence, ability to use a firearm safely and on demand in sport translates to being able to provide for and protect yourself.”
