NRA News #LoveatFirstShot – The Teacher Becomes the Student! #2A #VIDEO

It’s been a busy few weeks and I have a LOT of catch up to do here on the blog, especially with this awesome summer project with the NRA! I had so much fun with a bit of role reversal in this episode of NRA News Love at First Shot. Usually you see men taking women to the range for their first shooting experience, but not this time! I’m taking out the S&W M&P15-22 and Thompson/Center Venture in .223 for some precision shooting action. Check it out…

Friends Roger Mazzella and Crystal Clarke are used to seeing one another at the dojo, where Roger teaches Crystal’s four children judo. What they aren’t used to is spending time together on a gun range. At Chicopee Sportsmen’s Club, Crystal becomes the expert and Roger becomes the novice.

Champion shooter Julie Golob has some precision rifle shooting in mind for Roger’s first shots. This type of shooting is all about control and breathing—two techniques that are key in judo. Julie also finds an unusual target for a battle of the sexes competition. Who reigns supreme? Watch “The Teacher Becomes The Student” to find out.
