One of my New Year’s resolutions is to get race ready for the competition season. Yesterday I trudged through the snow to our very chilly garage and hopped on the treadmill for a couple of miles. It was as awful as I expected it to be. 🙂 I am not one of those lucky people who enjoy running. Regardless, I will be hitting the treadmill this year to build endurance and I would also like to run my first 5K race.
